We banged up the bottom panel of the garage door last winter, oops, after a quick call to Overhead Door they were out to bend it back into shape and install a brace. That got the door working again, a new panel was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Good work guys!

I want to give credit to Amel and Tim for the great job they did on our door. They took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly and looking right. ​Tim went the extra mile by replacing the necessary parts and making finetuned adjustments on the spot and noticed more then the senior tech, It's rare to find technicians who are that thorough and get everything sorted in one visit. Highly recommend.

I live in a condo in St. John’s. At about 9 o’clock last night (a Friday night),Our garage door broke meaning that residents couldn’t get in or out of the parking garage We called Overhead Door Emergency line. Within 30 minutes the owner of the company was here looking at the door. Turned out it was a fairly major issue. By 7 o’clock this morning the company had people here and by 8 o’clock the door was fixed. The level of service was beyond outstanding. Stranding all residents would have been a major problem, but thanks to the surface that we received most of the residents will not even know that there was an issue. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would.

Contacted Overhead Door in December to have a new garage door opener installed. Mark White came to assess the situation and was very professional and responsive to questions. He advised what had to be completed prior to his team starting the job and schedule the job to be completed early in the new year. Communication from Mark prior to the team showing up was fantastic, his team were on time, professional and clean. Mark followed up to ensure everything was completed and we were happy with the job. Certainly the best experience we've had in NL with a contractor doing work at our house!

Huge shout out and thank you to the service crew that helped out and Lisa in the office that organized an emergency service call. Our garage door started acting up very early the other day and wouldn't close or open other than with the emergency manual method. I phoned and Lisa was able to organize one of their crew that was doing a job nearby and squeezed me in. The crew dealt immediately with the issues that they found and left with the garage door completely functional and provided good advice about software updates and maintenance routines ( This is a new built house). Much appreciated to you all! Big thanks to all of you that were involved in resolving the issues with this door. If this is typical of the efforts they provide to service their customers I would easily recommend them for garage door maintenance and or sales!! Thanks again folks!!
